Returns and Defects

We are happy to exchange any unopened boxes of lenses purchased from Contaxonline if you happen to have a change in prescription. The  contact lenses must have at least 12 months left before their expiry. Please contact us before returning any lenses.

We are able to replace lenses which are defective due to a manufacturer’s fault. Please do not dispose of the contact lens as it must be forwarded to the manufacturer to obtain a replacement. Please contact us before returning any lenses.


Shipping

We use Parcel Post from Australia Post for all deliveries. Since April 2013, Australia Post no longer guarantees or offers compensation for any missing or lost parcels. Due to our low prices we are not responsible for any parcels can offer in transit or undelivered. If you have any queries please contact us before placing an order yo see if we can offer an alternative method of delivery.

We also use " Do not Safe Drop" stickers, so if you are not home, your parcel will be carded and you must collect it from your nearest Australia Post Shop.

All deliveries are sent by Express Post within Australia for free.
